Q: I want to buy a replacement part, but I’m unable to find the item I require. What should I do?

A: Most parts can be found our 123 Inc. website under Accessories. There you may find the exact piece you are looking for! You may also find something in our Specials category under Discontinued Products.

If you have already looked on our site and were unable to find the part you are searching for, please provide us with the following information:

 
1. Did you lose a part or building instruction?  
2. Are you missing a part from a new purchase? 
3. Received a broken part in a new purchase? 
4. Part of which product line it the product from? 
5. What is the set number? 
6. We will require your name, number and mailing address.

We will send your parts just as soon as possible. Please note that for replacements (lost or broken pieces through use) we may have to make substitutions or limit the number of parts we ship to you, depending on inventory limitations. A nominal fee may be assessed for shipping and handling charges and we will provide that information to you via email.
